We ordered a $1468 items for an upcoming trip, but a Medium was delivered instead. Because of the timing. I now don’t have the steering Rack i needed for the trip and I’m down $1468
I understand mistakes happen what matters is how they’re handled. Unfortunately, the response time has been slow and the proposed resolution hasn’t addressed the urgency of the situation or the inconvenience caused.
At this point, the most reasonable outcome would be a prompt refund so I can replace the item elsewhere. A fast, customer focused resolution would go a long way in showing that Evo values its customers when something goes wrong, not just when everything goes smoothly.
My case is still open and I hope Evo resolves it appropriately
