Whether you are restoring a road car, refreshing a project vehicle, or sourcing original-style replacement parts, verify the set’s authenticity, condition, and exact contents before purchasing. These details matter when selecting a complete interior package.

Evo X Recaro Seat Set – Key Features

This listing describes a complete front and rear seat set with cloth upholstery for the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X.

Key features include:

• OEM-listed Mitsubishi application: Intended for the Lancer Evolution X; verify the original part numbers and authenticity.

• Recaro seat design: Maintains the sporty appearance associated with Evo interiors.

• Cloth upholstery: Offers a fabric seating surface rather than full-leather trim.

• Front and rear seating: Listed as a complete set; confirm exactly which seat components are included.

• Factory-style interior restoration: Suitable for projects aiming to retain an original-looking cabin.

• Matching interior appearance: Helps create a consistent look between the front and rear seats.

The supplied product title does not specify the upholstery color, seat adjustment functions, or included mounting hardware. Confirm these details with the seller before ordering.

Benefits of a Complete Evo X Recaro Cloth Seat Set

Replacing individual seats can leave an interior looking mismatched. A complete set offers an opportunity to refresh the cabin with coordinated front and rear seating.

Firstly, the Recaro design complements the Evolution X’s performance-oriented interior. It suits owners who prefer an original-style appearance instead of fitting unrelated aftermarket seats.

Secondly, cloth upholstery offers a different look and feel from leather-trimmed alternatives. Its comfort and durability depend on the fabric, padding, and overall condition of the seats.

Thirdly, a complete set can simplify an interior restoration. Sourcing the front and rear seats together may make it easier to maintain a consistent finish, provided all the expected components are included.

For used seats, condition is especially important. Inspect the fabric, side bolsters, stitching, and padding before purchasing. Worn or damaged seats may require repairs that affect the total restoration cost.

Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X Seat Compatibility

The Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X is commonly associated with the 2008–2015 model years in many markets. However, seat specifications can vary by model year, trim, and regional equipment.

Before buying this Evo X Recaro seat set, confirm:

• Vehicle fitment: Verify compatibility with your exact model year and trim.

• OEM identification: Request original seat labels and part numbers.

• Complete contents: Confirm that front seats, rear cushions, backrests, and headrests are included as expected.

• Mounting hardware: Check whether rails, brackets, and fasteners are supplied.

• Seat belt compatibility: Verify buckle and belt-anchor mounting arrangements.

• Airbag equipment: Confirm compatibility with any seat-mounted airbags and electrical connectors.

• Seat functions: Check whether adjustment mechanisms or other features are present and operational.

Do not assume that seats from a standard Lancer or another Recaro-equipped Mitsubishi will fit the Evolution X directly. Differences in mounting points and safety equipment can affect compatibility.

Condition, Inspection, and Maintenance

If the seat set is used, request detailed photographs of every component. Inspect the front seat bolsters, rear seat fabric, stitching, cushion padding, seat frames, and mounting points.

Look for tears, stains, fading, loose seams, flattened padding, damaged adjustment controls, and evidence of previous repairs. Ask whether the seats have been refurbished and whether all original components are present.

For maintenance, vacuum the cloth upholstery regularly and use a suitable automotive fabric cleaner when needed. Test cleaning products on a concealed area first. Avoid soaking the fabric, as excess moisture can affect the underlying padding.

Seat frames, mounting rails, seat belt anchors, and airbag components are safety-critical. Have questionable components inspected before installation. Do not modify safety-system wiring or structural mounting points without qualified technical guidance.
