Mitsubishi Evolution 8/9 Bumper Support Bar by STM The STM Front Bumper Support is designed to give you an extra piece of mind if you’ve removed your heavy, factory bar and you’ve lost the bumper support. Made in-house of 1 5/8″ chromoly steel and finished with a durable, black powder coat, this piece still weighs less than factory coming in at only 7.5 pounds. The factory bar weighs 13 pounds for a savings of 5.5 pounds. The STM Front Bumper Support is confirmed to fit with the STM Intercooler and the Buschur Street and Race cores. It will likely not fit the BFIC, but should clear most other aftermarket intercoolers as well. Purchase both the Front & Rear Bumper Supports together and save an additional $50.00! The STM Rear Bumper Support is designed to fit both Evo VIII and JDM IX rear bumpers. Made in-house of 1 5/8″ chromoly steel, weighing in at only 6 pounds and finished with a durable, gloss black powder coat. New mounting hardware is also included for the bar and new stainless hardware for the license plate. The factory bar weighs 17 pounds for a savings of 11 pounds.
